The Grand Lodge in Paducah, Kentucky, was founded in 1905 as an Elks Home by the Benevolent and Protective Order of Elks. The building showcases classical architectural details such as stone quoins and keystoned lintels. Inside, it features hardwood floors and decorative pressed tin ceilings that reflect its grandeur. It is one of only two surviving structures associated with fraternal organizations from 19th century Paducah. Notable members of the lodge included Vice-President Alben Barkley and humorist Irvin S. Cobb. The Grand Lodge is listed on the National Register of Historic Places.
